Your downloading, installation, use, account acquisition, login and other actions shall be deemed that you have read and agree to the above Agreement.

(the "Company") agrees to provide Internet-based related services (the "Services") in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and the operating rules published from time to time. If you need to access the Service, you (hereinafter referred to as "Customer") shall agree to all terms of this Agreement and complete all application procedures as prompted on this page.
2.1 The scope of the subject of the agreement
This Agreement is an agreement between the User and the Company regarding the download, installation, use and reproduction of the Software and the use of the Company's services.
2.2 Agreement relations and conflict clauses
The content of this Agreement also includes the relevant agreements, business rules and other contents regarding the Service which may be continuously issued by Tessi Intelligence Co., LTD. Once officially released, the above content shall constitute an integral part of this Agreement, and users shall also abide by it if they continue to use the Company's software and services.
3.1 The software provides services according to users' actual needs, and the Company reserves the right to change, interrupt or terminate part or all of the Services at any time.
3.2 Scope of authorized use of the mobile application of this software:
1) Users can install, use, display and run this software on their mobile phones.
2) Rights Reserved: All other rights not expressly authorized are reserved by the Company.
4.1 Account usage rules
4.1.1 Users need to register an account before using this software. Users are required to provide accurate personal information when registering. If there is any change in personal information, it needs to be updated in time. If the problem caused by inaccurate registration information is borne by the user himself, the Company shall not assume any responsibility and has the right to suspend or terminate the user's account.
4.1.2 The ownership of the software account belongs to the Company. After completing the registration application procedures, the user only obtains the right to use the account, and the right to use the account only belongs to the initial registrant. At the same time, the initial applicant registrant may not donate, borrow, rent, transfer or sell the account or otherwise license the non-initial applicant registrant to use the account.
4.1.3 If any third party gives instructions to the Company and confirms the accuracy of account and password information provided by the third party, the user agrees and the Company has the right to consider that such behavior has been fully authorized by the user and the results generated by such behavior are directly attributable to the user.
4.1.4 The User shall be responsible for the custody of the account and password, and shall be fully liable for all activities and events (including but not limited to any content published by the user and any result arising therefrom) occurring with or through the User's account. Users must pay attention to the protection of account and password. If the account and password are illegally used by others due to their own reasons, the Company will not assume any responsibility. The reasons given by the user include but are not limited to: arbitrarily disclosing the account, password and all registration information to a third party; Multiple people share the same account; Install illegal or unsolicited programs, etc.
4.2 User usage rules
4.2.1 When using this software, the user must follow the following principles:
1) To abide by relevant Chinese laws and regulations;
2) Shall not use the Service system for any illegal purpose;
3) Comply with all network protocols, regulations and procedures related to the Service;
4) The software system shall not be used for any behavior that may adversely affect the normal operation of the Internet;
5) The software service system shall not be used for any behavior that is not conducive to other users;
6) If you find any illegal use of user accounts or security loopholes in the account, you shall immediately notify the timely Intelligence official;
7) Do not use plug-ins or other cheating, unfair or unfair means to participate in the service provided by the software.
4.2.2 The Company is committed to providing users with civilized, healthy, standardized and orderly services. Users shall abide by the relevant laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China (if users are users outside the People's Republic of China, they shall also abide by the laws and regulations of their respective countries or regions). Users shall be solely responsible for using the Software. In particular, users shall not make, copy, publish or disseminate contents prohibited by laws and regulations through the software:
1) Objecting to the basic principles defined in the Constitution of the People's Republic of China;
2) Endangering national unity, sovereignty and territorial integrity;
3) Divulging state secrets, endangering state security or harming state honor and interests;
4) Inciting ethnic hatred or discrimination, undermining ethnic unity or infringing on ethnic customs and habits;
5) Sabotages the state's religious policies and propagates cult or superstition;
6) Spreading rumors, disturbing social order or undermining social stability;
7) Spreading obscenity, gambling, violence or inciting crimes;
8) Insult or slander another person or infringe upon the lawful rights and interests of another person;
9) Those that harm social morality or excellent national cultural traditions;
10) Promote plug-in, private and Trojan related content;
11) Sending home page addresses or links to any software, documents, etc. that the Company reasonably deems inappropriate or not approved by the Company;
12) Other contents prohibited by the laws and administrative regulations of the People's Republic of China.
5.1 The company is the intellectual property right holder of this software. All copyright, trademark right, patent right, trade secret and other intellectual property rights of the software, as well as all information content related to the software (including but not limited to video courseware, text, pictures, audio, charts, interface design, layout frame, relevant data or electronic documents, etc.) are protected by the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China and the corresponding international treaties. The Company is entitled to the above intellectual property rights. Unless legally authorized by the Company in advance, no one is allowed to use the intellectual property rights in any form without authorization, otherwise the Company may immediately terminate the products and services provided to the User, and investigate the legal liability of the user according to law and compensate the Company for all losses.
5.2 Users may use such Content only if authorized by the Company or other relevant rights holders, and may not copy, reproduce such Content, or create derivative products related to the Content.
5.3 When a user's original work is uploaded, transmitted, input or otherwise provided to the mobile application of the Software, it shall be deemed that the user has granted the mobile application of the Software the right to use the work. Such authorization has no limitation on territory, term or method. Such authorization is free of charge and the mobile application of the Software can use the work within the scope of existing laws. Including but not limited to reproduction, distribution, rental, exhibition, performance, projection, broadcast, information network communication, filming, adaptation, translation, compilation, etc., and may transfer or sub-license the said rights to other third parties.
5.4 The information posted by users on the Software shall not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party, and users shall not upload, publish, modify, disseminate or copy any copyrighted materials, trademarks or proprietary information belonging to others in any way without the prior written consent of the relevant right holders.
6.1 It is a basic policy of the Software to protect users' privacy. The Company guarantees that without users' consent, it will not disclose or provide to a third party users' application information and users' personal information stored in the Software when using the Service, except in the following cases:
1) Obtain prior explicit authorization from the user;
2) In accordance with relevant laws and regulations;
3) In accordance with the requirements of relevant government departments;
4) To safeguard the interests of the public;
5) To safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the mobile application of this software.
6.2 The Software may cooperate with a third party to provide users with relevant services. In such case, if such third party agrees to assume the same responsibility as the Company for protecting users' privacy, the Company may provide users' personal information to such third party.
6.3 Without disclosing the privacy information of a single user, the Company shall have the right to analyze the entire user database and make commercial use of the user database (including but not limited to publishing, analyzing or otherwise using user data such as user visits, access periods and user preferences).
7.1 The Company makes only the following limited warranties with respect to the products and services used in the mobile applications of the Software, which supersede any other warranty, express or implied, if any, in any documentation, packaging, or other materials. The Company provides the relevant products, software or programs and any support services only in the form of "as is and contains all errors" and warrants only that:
1) The products and services provided by the mobile application of the software can basically meet the requirements officially published by the mobile application of the software;
2) The relevant products and services provided by the mobile application of the software are basically in accordance with the service commitment officially announced by the mobile application of the software;
3) The mobile application of the Software shall only try its best to solve any problems encountered by the mobile application of the software in the process of providing products and services to the reasonable extent permitted by the business.
7.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company expressly disclaims any other warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, without limitation, any express or implied warranties and liability for the marketability, suitability, reliability, accuracy, completeness, virus-free and error-free of the software.
7.3 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws, the Company does not guarantee that the products and services provided by the software will definitely meet the requirements of users, nor does it guarantee that the products and services will not be interrupted, and does not guarantee the timeliness, safety, occurrence of errors, or the accuracy, timely and smooth transmission of information.
7.4 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not, Or any liability for any accidental, indirect, special, or indirect damages or claims (including without limitation for personal injury, disclosure of privacy, failure to perform any duty including good faith or reasonable care, negligence and damages for any other pecuniary or other loss) in connection with the Software's products and Services in any respect.
7.5 The Company reserves the right to optimize the utilization of server resources by means including but not limited to the consolidation of servers, and assumes no responsibility for the loss of users' interests that may result therefrom.
7.6 Views, suggestions and other contents expressed by users through the software are the views of users themselves and do not represent the views of the Company and the software officials. User shall be solely responsible for any liability arising from User's use in violation of the law or in violation of this Agreement and shall have nothing to do with the Company. In case of any loss to the Company, the Company shall have the right to claim compensation from the User and immediately stop providing services to the User.
7.7 The communication or business contacts between users and advertisers through the software and the Service or their participation in promotional activities are completely between users and advertisers and have no relationship with the Company. The Company shall not assume any responsibility for any damage or loss caused by commercial activities.
8.1 Software update
8.1.1 In order to improve user experience and service content, the Company will make continuous efforts to develop new services and provide users with software updates from time to time (such updates may take the form of software replacement, modification, function enhancement, version upgrade, etc.).
8.1.2 In order to ensure the security and functional consistency of the Software and services, the Company has the right to update the software or change or limit the effect of some functions of the software without special notice to users. After the new version of the software is released, the old version of the software may not be available. The company does not guarantee the continued availability of the old version of the software and the corresponding customer service. Please check and download the latest version at any time.
8.2 For the normal operation of the software, the mobile application of the software needs to stop the software regularly or irregularly for maintenance. Users should understand the normal service interruption or stop caused by such circumstances, and the Company shall try its best to avoid service interruption or stop or limit such interruption or stop time to the shortest time.
8.3 The service is interrupted or terminated
8.3.1 In the event of any of the following circumstances, the Company shall have the right to interrupt or terminate the provision of the Service hereunder to the User at any time without notifying the User, and the Company shall not be liable to the User or any third party for any inconvenience or damage caused thereby:
1) The company has the right to suspend the service for regular inspection or construction, update of software and hardware, etc., but we will complete the maintenance and update work as soon as possible;
2) The server is damaged and cannot operate normally.
3) Sudden failure of hardware, software and electronic communication equipment;
4) Network provider line or other fault;
5) To safeguard national security or personal safety of other users and third parties under emergency circumstances;
6) Service paralysis, interruption or loss caused by force majeure such as earthquake and other third party causes.
8.3.2 Except as set forth in the preceding paragraph, User agrees that the Company has the right to interrupt or terminate part or all of the Service by Posting a notice on the website one month in advance (if there is special provision in relevant law and the advance notice time stipulated by law exceeds the above period, the law shall prevail). Users have been expressly aware of the grant of the above rights and the direct or indirect loss of interests that may be caused to themselves and other third parties by the exercise of the above rights. Users hereby expressly express that they will not hold the Company liable for any liability that may be caused by the exercise of the above unilateral right to interrupt or terminate the service.
9.1 If the Company finds any of the following behaviors of the user, it has the right to take corresponding measures according to the provisions of the relevant conventions or codes of the Service: including but not limited to freezing, terminating and deleting the user account; The User hereby warrants that the Company has the right to do the above, and promises not to require the Company to make any compensation or refund for the above:
1) The user provides false registration information;
2) The User violates the usage rules set forth in this Agreement;
3) Use the products and services of the Software or participate in the activities of the Software by illegal means, improper means or other unfair means;
4) Acts that harm the legitimate interests of the software;
5) Acts that seriously harm other users;
6) Conduct or speech in violation of the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China;
7) Acts contrary to social customs, social morality and Internet general morality and etiquette;
8) Other serious misconduct that interferes with the provision of products and services by the Software or is considered by the Company; If any account of the same user has any of the above behaviors, the Company has the right to impose sanctions on all accounts of the user, including but not limited to freezing the account, deleting the account and terminating the service. After the Company deletes the user's registered account for the above reasons, it no longer assumes any obligations and responsibilities for the user.
9.2 User agrees to protect and maintain the interests of the Software and other users. If the Software or any other third party suffers losses due to User's violation of relevant laws, regulations or any provision of this Agreement, User agrees to assume the liability for damages caused thereby.
10.1 The Company may modify the relevant terms of this Agreement from time to time, and in the event of any change in the terms, the Company will prompt you to modify the content on the relevant page.
10.2 If the user does not agree with the content modified by the Company, the user may take the initiative to cancel the Service. If the user does not cancel the service voluntarily within 15 days after modifying the content announcement, it shall be deemed to accept the modification of the terms. If users continue to use the products and services provided by the software after the modification of the content announcement, they shall also accept the modification of the terms.
11.1 The conclusion, execution and interpretation of this Agreement and settlement of disputes shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
11.2 In case of any dispute arising from the content or performance of this Agreement, both parties shall try their best to settle the dispute through friendly negotiation. If no agreement can be reached through negotiation, the user and the Company agree to submit the case to the court with jurisdiction in the place where the software operator is located.
12.1 All notices hereunder may be made by important page announcements, E-mail or regular mail delivery; The notice shall be deemed to have been delivered to the addressee on the date of transmittal.
13. Other provisions
13.1 User's acceptance of these Terms of Service is deemed to be User's full understanding and agreement that:
1) Receive information related to study and examination information sent by the Company from time to time through mail, telephone, SMS, mobile terminal, web page or other lawful means;
2) Receive order information, product or service information, promotional activities and other contents sent to users by the Company through mail, telephone, SMS, mobile terminal, web page or other lawful means;
3) The Company protects users' right to know and right to choose during installation or use according to law. When users use the Company's services, users' consent will be obtained in advance for services involving the built-in functions of users' devices. Once the user is confirmed, the Company shall have the right to enable auxiliary functions necessary to provide the service, including but not limited to collecting geographical location, reading address book, using camera, enabling recording and so on.
13.2 This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties concerning the matters set forth herein and other related matters, and does not confer any other rights to the parties hereto except as provided herein.
13.3 If any provision of this Agreement is invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part for any reason, the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall remain valid and binding.
13.4 Headings in this Agreement are for convenience only and should be ignored in the interpretation of this Agreement.
